The People

Redeemer Church is a people who have been loved by God in Christ, who in turn are learning to love God wholeheartedly and to love others as they do themselves.

Redeemer Presbyterian Church is a conservative, evangelical church, reformed in doctrine and Presbyterian in government. We hold to the Westminster Standards as a faithful statement of biblical teaching.

Our Beliefs

God is the sovereign Creator and Ruler of the universe.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the only Savior and Lord of man.

The Holy Spirit is the initiator and enabler for the Christian life.

The Bible is the infallible Word of God, the only rule of faith and practice and without error in all that it teaches.

Salvation is by God’s grace, freely given through faith and not earned by any merit of man.

Our Values

God’s Word: We value God’s transformative Word with its central message of the gospel (2 Tim 3:16-17).

God’s Glory: We value God’s heart for His glory and our pursuit of it in loving Him & people (I Co.10:31, Mt. 22:37-40).

Discipleship: We value Christ’s disciple making mission for His church (Matthew 28:19-20).

The Gospel: We value the gospel for people in need of reconciliation with God at home and abroad (2 Co. 5:18-21).

Service: We value Christ’s heart of service to His people & His call for us to serve others too (Mk. 10:43-45).

Growth: We value Christ’s heart for His church, for it’s growth & for our mutual involvement in it (Ep. 4:7-16).

Prayer: We value prayer as a believer’s communication to God (Co. 4:2-4).
